Magellan Realty LLC is an affiliate of Magellan Development Group LLC. Chicago's largest Home Builder. Magellan Realty LLC initially started to facilitate all resale business within Magellan Development's portfolio. Magellan Realty LLC has since grown and expanded to service entire downtown Chicago neighborhoods.
