Pinot Day Chicago Grand Festival is this Saturday from 1 to 5pm. For $50 you and your fellow wine aficionados can choose from over 300 pinot noirs from California, Oregon, Michigan, New Zealand and France complete with specialty food pairings.

A new sushi restaurant just opened in River North – Sushi Taiyo. Their sushi menu features spicy stir-fried lobster and roasted rack of lamb with pine nut miso.
Movies
Jim Carrey is the voice of Ebenezer Scrooge in the Disney remake of A Christmas Carol. With the holidays right around the corner it is the perfect choice for the whole family.
Precious, based on the novel Push, is currently playing and it has been getting some nice Oscar buzz.
