Cooking Class With Joshua Katt, The Kitchen Professor

In this hands-on class, Chef Joshua Katt will teach you to whip up Mini Goat Cheese Cheesecakes, Salted Caramel Semifreddo, Tupelo Honey and Mascarpone Tarts with Port-soaked Berries, and a Lemon Raspberry-stuffed Citrus Chiffon Cake.
