Magellan Realty Receives 2011 Best of Chicago Award
U.S. Commerce Association’s Award Plaque Honors the Achievement
NEW YORK, NY, March 1, 2011 — Magellan Realty has been selected for the 2011 Best of Chicago Award in the Condominiums category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA).
The USCA “Best of Local Business” Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.
This is the first year that a business has qualified as a Four-Time Award Winner. Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. Walk or cab it to Navy Pier from your Chicago condo or take the train in if you live in the burbs and make a day excursion out of Snow Days Chicago in Navy Pier.
There will be 15 teams of professional artists from around the world and they will be sculpting 10 foot blocks of man-made snow into works of art. Other things to see are snow boarding competitions, dog sled racing demonstrations, and lots of family entertainment! Check out the link below for more information.
The festivities are Friday, January 28 & Saturday, January 29: 11am-8pm; Sunday, January 30: 11-6pm

1.)The most important thing to do is make a list. Take the time to sit down and think about everything you need to do and buy for the party. Don’t forget you can always ask for help if you get overwhelmed.
2.)When you have figured out the menu for the evening try and cook or prepare as much as you can before the day of the party.
3.)When you go shopping make sure to pick up more then you think you need. Buy extra crackers, mixed nuts, etc. Also make sure you are stocked with all types of beverage options: soda, mixers, coffee (regular and decaf) and tea. As well as a stocked bar with liquor, beer and red/white wine
4.)If kids are going to be around try to pick up fun games or activities for them to keep themselves busy so you can enjoy the party.
