Notably, Magellan transforms neighborhoods. River North and the Gold Coast are thriving today largely because of the impact of our residential developments. Our vision for Lakeshore East created an iconic $4 billion neighborhood with a six-acre park and more than 3,100 residential units, built in only six years. This is the largest parcel of downtown land in development in urban America.
