Magellan Development Co-CEO Jim Loewenberg Inducted into the CAR Hall of Fame!

For his distinguished and diversified real estate career, James R. Loewenberg, co-CEO of Magellan Development Group LLC was inducted into the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR) illustrious Hall of Fame.  Some 800 real estate professionals, business and civic leaders were in attendance at the Sept. 30 Inaugural Gala at the McCormick Place Hyatt¸ Chicago. Jim Loewenberg’s wide-ranging real estate experience is an amalgam of developer, architect, property manager, marketer and licensed broker. He has led the design and development of many of

Chicago’s most successful residential and mixed-use properties as president of Loewenberg Architects with over 35,000 residential units and 3,500 single-family homes. He also serves as chairman of NNP Residential, Magellan’s property management and leasing group.

Chicago’s most prolific condominium developers, creating premier urban residences designed with sensitivity to their surrounding neighborhood.
