On Tuesday, April 15, 2008 the pool at The Chandler offically opened.  The indoor pool and locker rooms are located on the 35th floor of The Chandler.  The out door spa and deck area is still under construction.�

Magellan Development Group along with NNP Residential hosted their first Chandler Orientation on Wednesday, August 22nd. All residnets who have closed on their unit are invited to attend.  Approximatley 25 new Chandler residents attended this early evening event and had an opportunity to meet with key employees of Magellan Development and NNP Residential.  Chandler Orientations will continue throughout the year and are a great event to attend to learn more about the community, The Chandler and important updates.   Food and wine was served and the residents had an opportunity to meet their neighbors.  Thank you to all the residents who attended and we look forward to the next event!

Magellan Development is pleased to announce that The Chandler at Lakeshore East has offically opened!  The Chandler has 35 floors and 304 units.  Many residents have begun to close on their units and move in.  We are very excited to welcome the new residents to the Lakeshore East Community.  We expect closings to go through the early part of 2008.  Chandler Orientations are set to begin in August and be posted on the Magellan Rewards Community Event page.
