Award winning Australian winemaker, Sergio Carle organized a very special winemaker’s dinner designed to highlight the incredible food of Chef Frank Brunacci of Sixteen Restaurant in Trump International Hotel and Tower and Sergio’s biodynamic wines.  The 4-course dinner will begin at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, 10/27/09, at a cost of $130/person (including wine).
